このプロジェクトは、正方形のスペースフレーム/高さ16メートル/全長30メートル/全長18メートルです。

1.鋼製スペースフレームの取り付けは、下部構造軸と埋め込みボードを受け入れた後に実行する必要があります。下部サポートの要件は次のとおりです。隣接するサポート間の高さの差(距離L2):同じ高さでのL2 / 800と10mmの小さい値。最高と最低のサポート間の高さの差:20mm。

3.スチール製スペースフレームを取り付けたら、次のことを確認する必要があります。

b。センターオフセットの許容値は、スチールスペースフレームのスパンの1/3000であり、30mmを超えてはなりません。

c。周辺部でサポートされているメッシュフレームの場合、許容される高さの偏差は隣接するサポートの1/400であり、15mmを超えてはならず、最大値と最小値は30mmを超えてはなりません。複数のポイントでサポートされているメッシュフレームの場合、許容される高さの偏差は隣接するサポートの1/800であり、30mmを超えてはなりません。

d。仕様と設計要件に従って、グリッドのたわみを検出します。建設後、鋼製スペースフレームのたわみは設計計算値の115%を超えてはなりません。(グリッドフレームL / 250の最大たわみ値)

4.溶接ボールが局所的に存在する場合、溶接ボールとロッドの溶接には開先溶接が使用され、溶接シームグレードは2グレードより低くすることはできません。

5.スチール製スペースフレームの取り付けが完了したら、スペースフレームのジョイントとロッドの表面をきれいにし、傷や汚れがないようにします。ボルトボールジョイントのジョイントと余分な穴は、グリースで満たして密封する必要があります。

6.グリッドの使用中は、4〜5年ごとに包括的な防食メンテナンスを実施する必要があります。

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
